Best Pay in the Region

Your pay is directly deposited into your account. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement and flexible scheduling (part-time, full-time, days, nights, weekends and live-in).

Full PTO Package

Employees are able to take advantage of paid time off. With a Georgetown Home Care job, you’ll accrue paid sick and vacation leave.

Holiday Pay

As a Georgetown Home Care employee, you have access to paid holiday leave. Our caregivers receive time and a half for 10 days out of the year.


Our home health aides are eligible for health insurance through us, including health, dental, and vision plans. As an employer, Georgetown Home Care covers up to 50% of their employees’ base plan.


We offer a great 401(k) program to help you set yourself up for your future. As an employer matching account, Georgetown Home Care will match up to the first 5% that you contribute to your account.

Continuing Education

We offer our caregivers opportunities for continuing education credits in the form of monthly online classes. Use them for professional development and yearly licensure requirements.

Home Care Caregiver Career Qualifications

  • Must be compassionate, reliable, friendly and patient!
  • Valid CNA license in MD or VA and/or HHA in DC.
  • Up to date CPR certification.
  • Must pass a complete criminal background check, DMV Record Check.
  • Need to have reliable transportation.
  • Valid Driver’s License, Vehicle Insurance and Registration – if driving for a client.
  • Current TB Test (can be done after interview).

We provide what is known as companion care for seniors, allowing them to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
